The Content Leaders Academy masterclass is where you come to learn the real-life skills you need to become a content leader in your organisation.

Built around four modules with a combination of presentations, group exercises and showcases, the masterclass is our way of giving you the fundamental knowledge you need to kick it up a notch when it comes to your content strategy and operations.

The full-day masterclass is only taught in groups of 20 to 30 people, so we can give you a lot of quality time and expand on questions you might have about the specific challenges you’re facing.

Sometimes these challenges can’t be resolved in a group setting and require more dedicated attention from one, two or all three of us. Whether you’re looking for an expert point of view on a new content strategy, searching for answers as to why a particular channel or approach isn’t firing or trying to develop a bespoke training program for your own internal team, we can partner with you to deliver on those needs.

Consulting is scoped on a case-by-case basis and, while we use similar research approaches regardless of the challenge, we don’t replicate strategies from one brand to the next. Each brand is unique and, more importantly, so are you, which is why we don’t cookie-cutter our consulting work.

An intensive approach to optimising your current strategy

It’s sometimes the case that an organisation already has a content strategy in place but they know that strategy could work harder for them. But how do you know where to make the changes to optimise that strategy? In many ways, it’s more challenging than starting from scratch.

In our opinion, this is the ideal situation for some outside help. Our work with clients often means we’re called on to adjust what’s already in place, rather than redesigning it. It’s because of this that we have designed a specific approach to deliver the most value out of an existing strategy in the most efficient way possible.

First, we review all your strategy materials, operational guides, analytics or reports and other relevant documents. Next, we conduct an intensive full-day workshop to resolve any big questions and challenges that require input from either your key stakeholders, customers or users.

Finally, we take all those lessons and adjust only the elements of the strategy that need updating. We also incorporate any new training in our response to you so that the amended strategy can help you hit the ground running.
